Charlie Kentnor spent most of his adult life on the East Coast operating a small manufacturing business and investing in and managing real estate. When he moved to Steamboat Springs, CO he worked as a management consultant with startups, companies requiring restructuring, a consultant at the local SBDC and was managing partner in a company that did business brokerage and commercial real estate. In addition to his varied real estate practice in the Sonoita area, he also does business brokerage, finds investment properties for clients and liquidates land holdings for other clients. He is still a licensed broker in Colorado.
Charlie joined Realty Executives in June 1999 when he moved to Sonoita from Steamboat Springs, CO with 20 horses and shortly thereafter he opened the Sonoita Branch Office. Charlie currently is an Associate Broker with Realty Executives and is Branch Manager of the Sonoita office. He is also an Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate, Realtor Institute and holds the e-PRO Certification. In 2008, he somehow managed to rank 74th in sales transactions on the list of all agents who are members of TAR/MLS.
He is treasurer of the Patagonia – Sonoita Rotary club, a member of the Southern Arizona CCIM chapter, the Tucson Commercial Roundtable (of which he is past co-chairman) and he currently serves on the TARMLS Technology Committee.
His interests are horseback riding, bicycling and travel and he resides in Elgin on a 320 homestead ranch with his wife Elen (who is an artist), 8 horses, 2 dogs and a burro.
Tom Anderson IS our Mexican connection. Tom is a long time resident of Sonoita, but has spent a significant amount of time in Latin America. Most importantly, he was manager of the Realty Executives office in San Carlos where he became very familiar with the ins and outs of buying and selling Mexican real estate.
Tom has both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Arizona where he was introduced to this great area. He is a surfer, sailor, hiker, baseball player and cyclist, just to name a few of his advocations. In his spare time he is also active in politics.

Janie Lewton's love of real estate began in 1989, at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri when she joined Thunderbird Land Company in Lakeview Heights. There lakefront properties, large farms, timber acreages, and residential sales kept her "active", to put it mildly. Later as Broker of two different offices in Benton and Morgan counties she continued to take an active role in marketing and sales of the areas unique properties. Following her return to her native state of California she joined Keller Williams Realty in Yuba City and sustained her enjoyment of the diverse pleasures of the real estate industry.
Today Janie is happy to be "back-in-the-saddle again" with Realty Executives Southern Arizona.. As a Patagonia resident, she enjoys marketing properties in the Sonoita, Elgin, Kino Springs, and Lake Patagonia territories.
Diane joined Charlie Kentnor in 2000 and became licensed in the spring of 2001. Diane has roots in both Patagonia and southern California. She currently lives in Patagonia where she and her husband raised their two children. She brings a strong background in marketing and customer satisfaction to the team. She is responsible for the marketing publications and the advertising of our listings. She is also available to show any of our listings to prospective buyers. Diane has traveled far and wide, which besides her family, is her main interest and love.
